Travelers occasionally confuse the Istanbul Aviation Museum in Yeşilköy with the Istanbul Airport Museum.

The Istanbul Airport Museum is a completely separate art and history exhibition space located inside the international departures hall of the new Istanbul International Airport (IST) far north of the city.

That facility currently costs €13 to enter and displays rotating historical artifacts from Anatolian civilizations. It has no physical relation to the aircraft exhibits in Yeşilköy.
