Palmen Bar & Bistro: Excellent for cold beers, catching live sports on big screens, and starting the night with a casual, pub-like atmosphere.

The Next Level: If you want a full-scale "mega-club" experience (capacities of 2,000+ people with massive laser shows), you should take a 10-minute taxi or dolmuş (local minibus) into Side Old Town / Harbour to visit venues like Karma or Lighthouse Disco.

Alcohol in Turkey faces steep luxury/consumption taxes (known as ÖTV), meaning outside of all-inclusive hotels, drinking can get expensive relative to the local cost of living.

Because Kumköy trades heavily in Euros (€) due to its high volume of European tourists, menus are frequently priced directly in Euros or British Pounds rather than Turkish Lira (TRY) to combat inflation.
